I created these mini-courses because I wanted to give you a day-by-day guide on how to get what you want and get you into the habit of daily creating the life that you want to live. Not hours of video telling you why you should do something to which you may or may not retain. Bleh, no thanks.

WHAT you should do, WHY you should do it and HOW you can do it are the teaching principles for ALL my mini-courses.

All mini-courses are made with these 3 foundations

    What do you want and why do you want it? Purpose is a beautiful thing, it gives you a direction in which you're able to create steps to follow. I'll show you how to get there.

  • Strategy

    Now you know what you want how are you going to get it? This is where creating a strategy comes in because we are about that taking ACTION life.

  • Implementation

    Cool, now you know what you want and how you're going to get it, now it's about time you implent your strategy into the real world and start seeing results!

Ready to get started?

Here's a list of things to have on hand/you need before you start any of these mini-courses.

  • Notebook - Majority of tasks requires you to fill out a worksheet or use a notebook in some way. Make sure you have one on hand to take notes and complete modules!

  • A personal commitment to take action every day. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later for it.

  • An open mind. If you think something won't work for you before you've even tried. It probably won't. Be open to trying new things and testing them out.


  • Why are the mini-courses 4-weeks long?

    Each mini-course is designed for daily implementation. Module 1 - Mini daily teachings about a subject related to the course. Module 2 - Implement the teachings from module 1. Module 3 - Mini daily teachings about a subject related to the course. Module 4 - Implement the teachings from module 3. Each module is 1 week long.

  • I'm busy, are these mini-courses full-on?

    Not at all. All videos are between 1-3 minutes each and no task takes more than 30 minutes to do. (Unless it's a 24-hour takeover but you'll know in advance 😌 )

  • How long do I have access to the mini-courses?

    Indefinitely! You'll have access to the courses after you've finished to come back and refresh your mind on any lessons. You'll also have access to any future updates I make at no additional cost to you.
