Creating change is hard as your brain is wired to expect the worst-case scenario due to the uncertainty of the outcome. However, if you’re always working within your norm you’ll never know what you’re truly capable of, and this is what I’m here to help you find out!

I’m going to take you on a four-week length mini- course that emphasises taking daily action on coming out of your comfort zone. There are 4 modules within the mini-course with each module having it’s own set of training videos and resources. There is 2 weeks worth of daily training for you to watch which will include a daily task and 2 weeks of implementation.

    Short answer: No. All of the videos are between 1-3 minutes long and the majority of the tasks take no more than 30 minutes to complete.
